We bring your attention to two conferences being offered through the Sydney Archdiocese in December.

Purpose Conference

Purpose Conference is a Sydney Archdiocesan Youth Conference for teens, young adults and parents of teenagers. Purpose Conference will offer participants a powerful encounter with Jesus Christ and His Church through liturgy and sacraments, keynote presentations, workshops, music and opportunities to connect with many different Catholic orders, agencies and apostolates. Bringing together some of the best international and local speakers, musicians and offering beautiful liturgical experiences, Purpose Conference will inspire a generation of young faithful and active Catholics.

When: 7-8 December, 2023

Venue: Rosebank College, Five Dock

Time: 10:00-3:00pm (High School Session) 5:00-10:00pm (Young Adults Session)

Family Event with Jason Evert

Jason’s Evert’s, international speaker on JPII's Theology of the Body], presentation of ‘Purified’ and ‘Gender & Theology of the Body’ brings parents and teens (13years+) together to discover God’s plan for love and opens an opportunity to continue the discussion about this important topic at home with resources that work. Jason mixes humour with down-to-earth practicality, making the difficult conversations about love much easier, and ends with adoration, praise and worship, and an opportunity for the Sacrament of Reconciliation, transforming the day into a mini retreat for the whole family.
