Year 11 and 12 Hospitality

St Patrick's Hospitality students have been very busy over the past week.

A number of girls from both Year 11 and 12 Hospitality classes volunteered to assist on Open Day. The girls arrived early on Saturday to begin preparing and cooking an assortment of delicious food, including chicken sausage rolls, spinach, bacon quiches and vegetarian quiches. We had  hundreds of visitors throughout the day, and the Hospitality girls did an excellent job of answering many questions whilst serving food and they all received wonderful feedback for their efforts.

We celebrated International Women's Day on Thursday 5 March with a breakfast at the College. A number of our Hospitality girls from both Years 11 and 12, arrived bright and early to begin the preparation and cooking ready for service at 7am. Once again, the girls showed such dedication and initiative and helped to make the International Women's Day Breakfast a most successful one.
