Japanese Exchange - Shonan Shirayuri Gakuen
Each year, our sister Japanese school, Shonan Shirayuri Gakuen, sends students to St Patrick's College on a short 14 day exchange. This year, 14 students visited our College from 26 July to 9 August.
Shonan Shirayuri Gakuen is a prestigious all girls Catholic high school in the Tokyo region. They have a longstanding relationship with our College and we have conducted student exchanges between our schools over the past few years.
The students from Shonan thoroughly enjoyed their stay this year and this is mainly due to the hospitality of the hosting families. I would like to express my gratitude to these families because without them, this program would not be a success.
We look forward to the next exchange in 2018.
